Allan first joined Pelorus in 2003 and has worked predominantly in the commercial interiors field. He has also completed numerous residential and commercial building projects. Having spent 4 years as a development manager with a London property developer, Allan returned to NZ in 2011 and has since rejoined Pelorus as a director.
Don Taylor | Director
BBSc, B.Arch (Hons) ANZIA
Don was first Registered as an Architect in 1985 and has worked on an extensive portfolio of projects ever since, both in Britain and New Zealand. Don’s work has included financial, retail and office interiors, housing, education and health facilities. He has a strong reputation in the building industry for creating accurate and well-detailed documentation. His work has been recognised by the New Zealand Institute of Architects with many awards, particularly for Interior Architecture.
Callan Svendsen | Architectural Graduate
MIA, BAS
Callan has experience with residential projects throughout New Zealand and enjoys alterations, new builds and multi residential projects. With a background in interior architecture, he understands the importance of spatial planning and detailing. Callan joined Pelorus in 2021 and is looking forward to working on a range of commercial and residential projects.
Eric Solórzano | Architectural Graduate

Eric has worked on a assortment of projects in New Zealand and the United States including commercial, residential and education. He joined Pelorus in 2021, and has been working on a range of commercial and residential projects.
