Pelorus had considerable involvement in the design of a developer’s building to best suit IAG’s needs as a tenant. The fitout is crisp and fresh with materials and colours referencing the Waikato region, the river, the wetlands and the forests.  This project won an NZIA Regional Architecture Award and a Resene Colour Award
